The terms you agree to when you order from Late Sun Studio. Written to be read.

Who you are buying from

Late Sun Studio, registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Company and VAT registration numbers are in the footer of every page. Reach us at hello@latesunstudio.com.

Prices

All prices are in euro and include Dutch BTW at the applicable rate. Shipping is shown before you pay. Prices can change, but never after you have placed an order.

Your order

A contract exists once we send the order confirmation. Because prints are made to order, we can only change or cancel an order in the first 12 hours. After that, use the return window.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates. If an order is more than 30 days late you can cancel it for a full refund. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell us by email, or send the form below. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned print, including standard outbound shipping. Return postage is yours unless the print arrived damaged or wrong.

Model withdrawal form

To Late Sun Studio, hello@latesunstudio.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods — [order number, print title, size and finish]. Ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name, address, and date.

Copyright

The artwork stays ours. Buying a print buys the print, not a licence to reproduce, resell as a reproduction, or use the image commercially. Hospitality display is fine and encouraged.

Disputes

Dutch law applies. If we cannot resolve something between us, EU consumers can use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
