Production

Every print is made to order. Production takes 2–3 working days before it ships.

Delivery times

• Netherlands and Belgium: 2–4 working days after production.
• Germany, France, Luxembourg: 4–6 working days.
• Rest of the EU: 4–8 working days.

Shipping cost

• Free over €75.
• €5.95 below €75.
• All orders ship tracked.

Damage in transit

Photograph the box and the print and email us within seven days. We reprint and reship, and you do not send the damaged one back.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return a print for any reason. Email us and we send a return label. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of the print reaching us.

Custom trade sizes are made for one wall and cannot be returned. We say so before you order.

Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day return window is longer than that and runs alongside it. To use the statutory right, email us within 14 days of delivery, or use the model withdrawal form on the terms page.
