What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it. Short, because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Order data: name, delivery address, email, and what you ordered. Needed to make and send the print.
• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment providers. We never see or store card numbers.
• Email list: only your address, and only if you sign up.
• Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies. Decline and nothing is loaded.

Why we are allowed to

Order data is processed to perform the contract. The email list runs on your consent. Analytics runs on your consent. Tax records are kept because Dutch law requires it.

Who else sees it

Our print partner and carrier get the delivery address because they have to. Our payment provider gets what it needs to take payment. Nobody buys, rents or receives your data for marketing.

How long we keep it

• Order and invoice records: seven years, as required by Dutch tax law.
• Email list: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics: 14 months, aggregated.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to processing. Email hello@latesunstudio.com and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
